Owner, Chief Creative Officer
Kortney Watts brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the events industry, blending culinary expertise with strategic design and flawless execution. She spent seven years as Director of Catering at Cutting Edge, where she mastered every facet of food and beverage—from menu development and logistics to large-scale service and guest experience—establishing herself as a trusted expert in elevated hospitality. She then spent three years at Bedrock leading project management and event design for some of Detroit’s most high-profile moments, including the VIP After Party of the NFL Draft and the Hudson’s Grand Opening. This unique combination of hospitality leadership, creative vision, and operational precision allows Kortney to create events that are both beautifully designed and seamlessly produced.
Alyssa YOung
Owner, Chief Operating Officer
Alyssa Young is a seasoned operations and logistics leader with a strong foundation in large-scale event execution. She began her career at Cobo, where she led complex tradeshows and major events, gaining deep experience in coordinating vendors, timelines, and high-volume attendee flow. She now serves as Director of Operations at Detroit City Distillery, where she oversees day-to-day operations, logistics, and systems with precision and efficiency. This background makes Alyssa an expert in organization, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes execution—ensuring every event runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
